My brother-in-law, Logan, is an AMAZING chef (more on that to come . . . ) and a med student, so he always cooks in a shirt and tie. I decided he needed an apron for Christmas. So I hatched a plan to make him a "manly" apron (as manly as they come at least, which is not very), a "sassy" apron for Sarah, and a matching bib for Cal. But when I couldn't find any patterns girly enough for Sarah, I decided to create my own.
What do you think?

I adore it. Let's get together and make aprons sometime. I am SO addicted to aprons. Especially cute ones.
I DON'T like it. I LOVE IT!!!! How did you get the pics side by side like that?!?!?!?!
I love the bow up by the ties!
Your apron rocks! And your ability to create your own pattern on your 4th project is insane! You are awesome, bordering on the sickening. :)
very impressive pattern skills. the girlie apron turned out so cute. i think she likes it. the manly one is perfect, too.
VERY cute apron. (The manly one is nice too) I love the contrasting fabrics and the bows and the ruffles! Lovely.
Wow those came out great! Love the ruffles too ;o)
wow these are great!
These are so cute!! Love them. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic! Looks like the aprons were a huge hit. Love the cute pics! And your tree skirt looks great, too. So fun!
You could just post a couple of cute pics of you and Cal and a couple of G and G or something (like Gran in your clothes with Sam saluting and modeling your sneakers). Your xmas stuff wouldn't have to be long like mine. I need to send you a pic CD, b/c there are some cuties from the beach of you and Cal! If you want to blog about our trip I can email you the best two or three. xo
